Shipping policy

Shipping time
In-stock items ship within 1–2 working days of your order. For a pre-order, the expected shipping month is on the product page, and we ship as soon as the product is in. If you order a pre-order together with in-stock items, we send everything in one parcel once your order is complete. For in-stock items, the latest shipping date is 30 working days after your order, unless another delivery period has been agreed.

Carrier and tracking
We ship with DHL, PostNL or FedEx, always with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking details. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact the carrier named in that email first.

Shipping costs
You'll see the shipping costs at checkout. Shipping within the Netherlands is free from €50.

Address
We can't deliver to a PO box. We're not responsible for parcels lost because an incorrect address was given.

Delivery date
Shipping and delivery dates are an indication, not a firm deadline.

Risk and damage
Until delivery to the address you gave, the risk of damage, loss and depreciation lies with us, unless agreed otherwise. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incomplete or wrong, contact us right away at info@posterboyz.studio. We may ask for a photo before a damaged or wrong item can be returned.
